“I try not to recommend stuff that requires you to live somewhere in particular, but Powell’s City of books is something you should make a point of visiting if you’re ever near Portland, OR. It is an enormous and bright labyrinth of mostly used books and it’s a wonder. If you aren’t near Portland, don’t despair, their inventory is online and if you want to buy (hypothetically) old Topolino comics that are really tough to get in the US they’ve got your back. Seriously, take a quick search through their site for the particular old books you’ve been looking for, they will often surprise you.”
