“I just randomly stumbled across it, but Shuiro eat&craft was, unexpectedly, one of the culinary highlights of Kyoto for me. The salad — which the server specifically recommended — is just a simple array of veggies, but so delicious. My parents and sister had highly recommended Brown Rice by Neal’s Yard in Tokyo for something very similar (assorted veggie-forward bites), but I liked this place even more.”
