“i am not gluten free (against all odds) but i did low FODMAP for a period of time a few years ago and discovered these during it. at the time they were basically the only dessert i could find and i loved them to death but even now that i eat all desserts again, i still to this day eat them over their glutenized counterparts because they are SO GOOD”
