So yes, get yourself a sad song and play it maybe two or three times in a row. Or it doesn't even have to be a song, but a something! In my not-at-all professional opinion, it's nice to have a ritual to sadness, like a routine to fall back on when things feel too much. It helps you get the reins back.”
