“here’s one by Charlotte Day Wilson that i played while processing a time of fear + many heartbreaks that ended in a slow mutual heartbreak. so ya, song + album are attached to all of it and it’ll always be a mostly sad memory if i try to remember every piece :’) i don’t like to play it much so you’re free to make it your own :) and she was so great when i saw her again in LA. sounded lovely, seemed to play songs how she wanted, brought out a few collaborators. would recommend going and sharing tears with others or by yourself too. [ also saw a post in passing looking for ideas on how to process grief. this drawing is a rough example of how i lived + processed through those days. but to figure out the details i def needed multiple sources of help and to try different types of help a few times to learn what works. thinking of you as you continue through your experience, mate ✿ ]”
