Pho Express Noodles

“my bf & i have a lot of pho places. "babe, do you wanna go to the close one, the one in corinth, the super far but delish one, a new one, or the mom and pop one?" This is the mom and pop one. I forget why we were in the area, but we ended up eating at this place by chance on July 4th. We were welcomed by (what I assume) was the owner's grandson. He is a really nice person and is so welcoming and makes an effort to remember your face. The pho is genuinely really good and it is the only place I know that serves a side of cilantro with the pho and a lot of it!!! The good vibes of the restaurant & the owners really really make the meal. I hope to come back again soon, even if the weather is starting to heat back up.”
