“When I lived in Western North Carolina it felt like I couldn’t get away from mountain music: it was in the streets, the restaurants, friends worked at venues or busking. I haven’t lived anywhere like that since, although I suppose some lives in Nashville TN might feel like that. Anyhow, I don’t live in North Carolina any more, but you can listen to WNCW wherever you are.”
