Jes“I don’t eat cold breakfasts in cold weather. This baked oatmeal reheats well and can be switched up lots of ways with different fruits, nuts, spices, and toppings. I skip the brown sugar and sub olive oil for the melted butter to save the extra butter melting step. I like this with sliced bananas for the fruit and flaky salt and tahini drizzled on at the end.”
