City Moon

“And anything illustrated by Blanca Gomez. Her saturated illustrations are transportive. I also really like "Very Good Hats" written by Emma Straub, and illustrated by Blanca.”

“Beautiful illustrations, soothing pacing. A lovely ode to the moon, urban neighborhoods, and little family rituals.”

“Another great kids’ book I found on Rec League! This has some of my favorite things: soothing, simple text, lots of little extra goings-on to point out beyond the main story, and beautiful illustrations.”
