“This is the only red sauce in our house, my god what an onion and butter can do. and it is dead easy - literally you chop an onion in half. Eat it straight up with pasta, but so good with meatballs - Jenny rosenstrach's are my favorite. Make a double batch on the weekend, freeze them, and you've got a really delicious fast dinner. You could also freeze the sauce in souper cubes and now dinners ready for you anytime in 5 minutes.”
