Taco Trail

“Jose is the Taco editor for Texas Monthly, and also is on Instagram, etc. And also he is driving around Texas and the rest of the world acting as a taco critic, commenting on taco culture, and generally telling stories that use tacos as a jumping off place. He’s written a remarkable book, American Tacos, and has interesting things to say about non-taco topics as well. Check him out.”
