Pulling Ankle Strap

“Isolating the pull part of a swim stroke is core to improving technique. However, when most people use pull buoy, the continue to kick their feet. Using an ankle strap prevents that. I strongly prefer a stiff strap rather than a stretch one, since they fall off less and reduce kicking more.”
