“Okay so this a kind of combined re-rec because @Jenn recommended valerian root and @Shanna recommended Rishi Teas. But I’ve been drinking this at night for nearly a week, and I just…don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore? Which normally I do multiple times a night? Also it turns out that it’s a catnip alternative & it makes my cat very weird. Going to the rheumatologist today and he is going to be HEARING about this tea. Thank god for herbs. I have been using this app for a month and it has genuinely improved my life. Wow.”
