“let me tell you about my evening routine: i walk the dog, i get home, i boil the kettle and brew a mug of sleepy tea (in a nice hand made mug), switch my bedroom lights to nice mood lighting and put the lamp on, i have a shower, retrieve the sleepy tea, drink it in bed while reading one(1!) chapter of my book and then i fall asleep and everything is wonderful.”
