there she meets a shy little librarian who mostly keeps to himself. very awkward. very quiet. very “speaks softly but feels everything deeply.”
they slowly become part of each other’s lives. helping each other heal without even really meaning to. just two lonely people finding comfort together.
and yes… the yearning in this show is INSANE. they look at each other like they invented tenderness. i know there’s barely a kiss. i KNOW. but somehow it doesn’t even matter because they’re just so soft and perfect together.
