“We bought our sailboat, Spielzeug, 8 years ago. She’s a 1978 Catalina 30. We got over excited when we first bought her and ordered a bunch of these hats for our friends to wear. It was dumb but also really special to have started this club of people who endured a couple of amateur sailors tossing them around San Francisco Bay. Thanks to my friends for trusting us with our lives, you deserve a silly hat at minimum.”
