“This is a historical fort and sheep farm not terribly far from the Cliffs of Moher, and it’s incredible: you get to watch a sheepdog demonstration, then meet the sheep, hold baby lambs, pet the sheepdogs, and tour the fort ruins. Plus, the family who run it are so sweet. Top tier experience!”
