Kate Berlant: "So he goes and he's making the spritz at the table, and he's using champagne, which is my big issue with a lot of spritzes- as we all know, I fucking hate Prosecco. Traditionally, spritz is made with Prosecco...He's using champagne for the spritz and I go 'oh fuck', I'm like that's what I want. It is heaven."”
