“He designs timeless homes (based on time tested rules of the past - ie interior climate, function, structure, efficiency) and gives the plans away for free. And by “plans” I mean everything you need to give a contractor to build it (specs, elevations, 3D models, etc). Speaking as a former architect… the amount of work, dedication, and attention to detail is astounding. There’s a reason why these types of homes have been around for generations.”
