Suspiria (1977)

“Stunning vintage horror, the 2018 adaptation is also so so good. Was so obsessed with the set design and use of lighting in this original. Feels like a glimpse into the dark euphoria of girlhood and also dance. Devotion and perfection leading to obsession and betrayal.”

“Witchy horror The Music Box in Chicago on Halloween is the ideal moment”

“Love watching suspiria during the first cold snap of the year. Tilda Swinton goes Austin Powers mode and plays a bunch of parts. I love all the little outfits they practice in.”

“I just felt like a cool mom. Was at the Denver zoo “boo at the zoo” with my kids and the suspiria soundtrack was playing! Good job to the Denver Zoo staff for curating a dope playlist. Looking at the elephants while listening to the suspiria soundtrack was peak zoo experience.”
