Rachael Gadoury“Years ago I worked at the best damn sushi restaurant around. It is to this day my family celebration restaurant. It was one of my favorite restaurant experiences ever for one main reason, family meal. Every night at the end of shift they would make a big and incredibly delicious family meal for staff and we would eat like kings. I’m an Asian food lover and in that area there was not much of it so anything they made was like heaven to me. One thing that was always available was a fish sauce dressing of sorts that I make to this day. Fish sauce, green onion, sliced garlic, and sliced chillis with sugar left on the counter a few days then put in the fridge. This is the fish sauce they always use and the one I buy to this day. High suggest you make this asap”
