A historic, late-Gothic timber-framed city hall in Wernigerode, Germany

“Wernigerode Rathaus is, beyond being a stunning, late-Gothic, timber-framed building, a city hall with some fascinating history. It originally served as a medieval gaming house (!), before being converted into a seat of government in the 16th century. Can't wait to check out these two towers in person one day.”
