“after many, many years of being air + aqua rift curious i bought this pair last feb as a little gift to myself for getting into grad school. who knew they would become an essential part of my maternity wardrobe just a few months later. the only shoe that remained easy enough to bend down and put on my increasingly swollen feet. i bought compression socks to coordinate. a game-time decision to complete my baby shower outfit — for whatever reason i thought i'd be wearing my favorite thong heels until i was literally on my way out the door. what i threw on to the prenatal appointment that ended with being sent up to labor & delivery to be induced and of course home with my beautiful baby boy. nearly 6 months into the gig they're my go-to mom shoe, choosing them over sandals as we've transitioned to summer. at the time they were sold out @ nike so i planned to purchase from net a porter BUT at the last minute found them for 50% off at oneness boutique. manifesting a similar deal for my next pair.”
