Anzengruber Figurine On Knee With Flowers

“I thrifted a figurine by this artist Leo Anzengruber that is in many ways the twin of this one. Or maybe the future? If this is a young man a teenager even then mine is a 20 something. A little more put together. With shorter hair and a bigger bow. The patch on his knee has grown larger and the bouquet of flowers he brings is larger too. He looks less like he is calling out and more like he is approaching cautiously, with his head more turned down. The instant I saw it I knew he would make the most incredible incense burner. The incense goes in his mouth like he is smoking a cigarette or chewing on a piece of straw. Then it burns straight down. I think it is one of the coolest things in my home by far.”
