Pandan

“Pandan. It is so delicious. I have been unable to get on board with matcha so I am delighted at how much I love this flavor. It’s like an earthier vanilla but not too earthy which is good for me personally. My favorite thing I’ve had so far is Pandan ice cream but I am an ice cream gal through and through. I hear it pairs well with coconut and can’t wait to try something like that. Any suggestions welcome.”

“you can steep pandan leaves in water and have PANDAN WATER and it absolutely slaps!!! The first time I had this was at Kedai Makan in Seattle & then I started making it at home whenever I found fresh pandan leaves. Such a good summer drink!”
