“13-year-old me would be shocked to learn how much I enjoyed reading about alternative organizational governance structures. They'd also be overjoyed that I'm still trying to find real ways to challenge dominant and extractive power structures, so I suppose it's a wash. A must-read for everyone who's been grist for the corporate, startup or non-profit mill — aka everyone who knows there has to be a better way of doing business, working and creating value outside of stakeholder capitalism.”
