Normally when u see some Mario Bellini chairs dropped in (those white-backed numbers), or something, it’s like - feels so try-hard. The L.A. deployment of Bellini in décor always feels self-conscious. How do the French do it? (Actually question; seeking theories!) And this was 2006. Aka, we’re talking 20th anniv here, and still looks top.”
