“Auction previews are an extremely underrated way to view art, especially if you're interested in seeing works from famous artists that have only been privately owned. Christi's is iconic, their have their own cafe with self-branded cups, and you can browse (and shop!) a well curated show. If I had all the time in the world, I wouldn't miss a preview.”

“Go up to Rockafeller Center before the auctions and walk the rooms, a different kind of museum and often the only chance you get to see masterpieces that go from private owner to private owner. Free and inspiring + there's a very good coffee bar in the lobby and it too is free.”
