“One of the best meals I've had all year. Le Cheval d'Or is the lively project reincarnated in an old Chinese restaurant in the 19th arr. Exec chef Hanz Gueco puts out some of the most inventive, seasonal plates gorgeously blending Chinese and French cooking from a wide open kitchen (the chefs counter is the best seat in the house imo). Lovely hospitality and a fantastic natural wine list guided by Crislaine Medina. Definitely book in advance, like most everywhere in Paris.”
