    “Another time-saving breakfast hero…I heat this up and add salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, maybe a little lemon…it has a good amount of protein and you do actually feel satiated after drinking a mug (pair with random fruit and nuts on the side so that you’re getting fiber too). Fair warning, it comes out of the container as a wiggling gelatinous mass!”
