“Excellent cocktail bar. We have a rule in our house that you don’t get cocktails anywhere that doesn’t run a serious program. Something I learned in hospitality, specifically from cocktail Arteest Joy Flanagan, is that cocktail mixing is an art. Everyone is charging an arm and a leg for cocktails but only some people are making drinks that are actually worth 15-25$ a piece. Don’t be a chump, only order cocktails when it’s clear they are putting the work in.”
