“I bruise easy. Arnica cream is an amazing natural topical treatment for bruising, and smells really nice, because it’s literally extracted from a flowering herb. It also can be used for aches and pains in muscles and joints, sometimes I rub it on my lower back if I’m feeling especially tender. You can probably get this at your local health food store.”
