“I really love these utensils, which are sort of the platonic ideal for me of what cutlery ought to be. They hold up supremely well to use (though I suggest hand-washing), especially if you re-oil them every year or so. Honestly, though, I wouldn’t recommend buying them online, at least from the United States — I got mine from a random grocery store in Mexico once, and they were very affordable. Worth seeking out if you’re in Latin America.”
