Josh“This common Japanese style mayo is far superior to the big jar Hellman’s or Dukes style mayo we typically have in the states. It’s extra eggy with a rich, velvety consistency that surprises and delights my tongue erry damn time! I perceive Kewpie Mayo as my special “Gold Reserve” and use it to dress sandwiches, dip my fries in, and it adds a special smooth consistency to homemade vinaigrettes and dressings. But I do not use it in bulk like for potato or macaroni salads. It is pure liquid gold and I praise the global gods of commerce for bringing this delicacy to the States and my plates!! Let’s hear it from my fellow Kewpie fans!!”
