“First published in 1956 in limited oversized editions. I own an original (it was a birthday gift!) and it’s exquisite. The book contains two centuries of finely-illustrated flower books, covering botany, botanical illustration, and flowers in art.  Considered the most comprehensive guide to collectible 18th and 19th-century flower prints and books.  Reprinted copies are available for $30, while the first editions are much more valuable. But for sure, would wow any gardener or flower lover.”
