AMB“Take a relaxing bath! Set the ~mood~ and chill. Lavender is my favorite epsom salt scent to use, but pick whatever suits your fancy. If you have a bath bomb, use that instead. If you like bubbles, make it a bubble bath! It’s really up to you, but they can help with relaxation and aches. Dr. Teal’s has a melatonin epsom salt too (there are conflicting studies about the effectiveness of epsom salts but it’s nice to just take a bath every once in awhile). & don’t make it too hot because it could make you pass out.”

Yale Breslin“Moved into a new apartment with a bathtub I never thought I’d use. Turns out, I use it. A lot. Dr. Teal’s for the win. My new favorite way to end the day.”

Shellie Gossling“If you need something to help you sleep, soak in the tub for 20 minutes with a cup full of this magic. Also helps so much with tight and sore muscles.”
