Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set

“i dream of a shakti mat but cant justify the cost - in the meantime i love to lie on this spikey mat, running a 30 min meditation and usually falling asleep, then peeling myself off. hurts so good.”

“i was seriously skeptical about this, but after reading @Jess's description of using one, i decided to try it out. the first time I laid on it was extremely uncomfortable, but after spending 10 minutes on the mat, my brain went totally quiet – something that truly never happens – for about an hour afterward. i felt so, so at peace! i wasn't even using it for specific muscle pain so much as relaxation and i can say it has been extremely useful for that: doing this followed by a morning walk with coffee is a really lovely way to start the day :-)”

“Okay I am the one to educate my elders on this…but this is incredible and I love standing on it and then also laying on it while watching tv. I found one of Facebook marketplace (maybe gross but I cleaned it first…) and haven’t looked back since”
