Lindsay ArakawaFirst to rec“Tofu Shokudo 豆富食堂 is a tofu-focused restaurant in Ebisu where they make fresh tofu daily from domestic soybeans using traditional methods. Their menu is inspired by tofu dishes from Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea and it throughout the day if shifts from casual lunch spot to more of an izakaya in the evening. They also have a small shop up front that sells fresh tofu, soy milk, and tofu ice cream to-go! ✨ Originally featured in my Ebisu Mini Vlog”

Hayashi“If you love tofu, you’re going to loveee this restaurant. Every dish is centered around tofu, hence the name, Tofu Shokudo. They make their tofu in house, and it doesn’t get better than that. I always get the tofu chijimi and the braised tofu over rice. If you visit for lunch, the menu is different from dinner and features set meals with a variety of small side dishes. It’s the perfect way to experience tofu in different forms and textures!”
