You usually have to get there early on days they serve them and expect to stand in line for quite some time and sometimes they still run out and you curse the influencers who shared this local treasure on TikTok (wait — am I being them now?). Anyway, when you taste these wings you will understand and it will be worth the adventure. Bring a friend (obvi) and stand in line and have a human conversation for once.”
