Any-Kind-of-Fruit Galette Recipe

“Oh I almost with I had not found this recipe. As it is, I nearly always have a pre-made disk of dough chilling in my fridge. Deb has recipes for all kinds of galettes with this dough - savory ones, cream-cheese sort of ones, cheesecake-ones, etc, but the easiest is - literally any fruit.”

“There sure are a lot of cake people here! We had 8 different kinds of pie at our wedding 13 years ago. But galettes are the unfussy/impossible to screw up version of pie. I might make a nectarine and blackberry one tonight!”
