“Lost Kitchen: Recipes and a Good Life Found in Maine by Erin French Erin French grew up learning to cook at her dad’s diner in Freedom, Maine. She is a self-taught chef, learning mostly from cookbooks she loved and trial and error. Erin now runs her dream restaurant in her hometown out of an old mill that feels like stepping into her own personal dining room. The Lost Kitchen is a seasonal restaurant, and in order to secure a reservation you must send in a postcard; tables are selected lottery-style.”
