“Amsterdam has a very strong Indonesian community and I highly recommend getting a Rijsttafel (rice platter meal composed of many different dishes) while you’re there! I enjoyed this spot a LOT but I’m not an expert and would defer to someone local for the best place 😉 my other Amsterdam recs: I really liked taking a wine and cheese boat tour and also visiting Tony’s Chocolonely headquarters.”
