Peter, who seems to know nearly everything about nearly every book in the place, is as delightful as he is knowledgeable. If bookstores had personalities, this one would be the elusive crush who got away- charming, intelligent, and achingly handsome. In short: an absolute gem.”

Peter's got wonderful stories + museum anecdotes, the best under-the-radar restaurant recommendations, and the books he's written—one with recipes for the lunches he makes in the shop and another about how to wash the dishes—are perfect little gems.”
