Big Krust“Asian food requires a lot of prep and this thing reduces the time significantly. My mom also taught me this: 1. Buy garlic in bulk (I usually get it from Costco) 2. Peel all 3. Grind all the garlic in this mini processor 4. Put ground garlic slop in a silicone ice tray 5. Put in freezer 6. Take out cube(s) from silicone sleeve whenever you need garlic (a little goes a long way since each cube is so concentrated) You invest an hour or two every weekend or every other weekend to set this up and you have so much garlic that keeps for a long time. Saves me a lot of time during cooking!”
