“One of those albums that just slaps from first to last track. My particular favourites is ‘Dashboard’”

“noah dropped this a few weeks before i dropped my book also about two friends formerly inseparably close in youth who grew apart as they grew up and it felt like divine fucking timing. been a massive fan since stick season and almost all his songs feel eerily applicable to my own isolated upbringing in the midwest but the queer undercurrent here ("how bad it must have been for you back then," "how hard it was to keep it all inside," "hope you're scared of only ordinary shit... and not your soul, and what he might do with it") really hit close to home, even moreso given the themes in my book as well. one of our greatest lyrical storytellers right now.”
