A neighborhood sake shop with a focus on Kyoto and Shiga nihonshu, Nishimoto Liquor Store also produces its own original sake. Going back to the oji comment, this spot allows 角打ち (kakuuchi) or the practice of buying a drink at a liquor shop and drinking it right there in the store. I loved it here.”
