“Continuing our vintage Sesame Street music appreciation journey, this is the 90s Elmo edition. Elmo leads the orchestra with Leonard Birdseed and the Birdapest Orchestra. Big Bird is a bit of a classical music know-it-all on this one, but it’s charming regardless. Leonard Birdseed generously conducts the audience trying to help Elmo remember a symphony he heard once. My son is totally entranced, especially by Flight of the Bumble Bees. The two sides of the record were made into two CDs so I’ve combined them in a playlist for convenience.”
