“5/10. This one is another step up from Bowie's first two albums. It is definitely one of Bowie's rockiest albums and features quite a few quality songs. My favorites are All the Madmen, The Width of a Circle, and Saviour Machine. Probably the most famous song from this album, The Man Who Sold the World sees Bowie tackling the same themes of humanity and isolation that he did on Space Oddity (and would continue to do for the rest of his career). This is still not an essential listen, but I would say it is Bowie's first good album.”
