The producer is Pavese, and they're known to be one of the top producers in this appellation (which is that long part, the Blanc de Morgex et de la Salle). Think sunny Pinot Grigio with a little more texture and lemony goodness. Due to its Alpine nature there's a little bit of a snowmelt flavor that whisks you to the mountainside where all you're smelling is clean, crisp air. I love this wine and I hope you will, too!”
