“The easiest and most fun way to host a dinner party during the winter. The main star is raclette which requires no cooking on your part. Grab a good baguette, boil some potatoes, pick up some prosciutto and a good bottle of red. That's it. Maybe add a simple salad and/or roasted veggies to counter balance the richness of the cheese. And don't forget cornichons. Everyone will have fun melting their own cheese which is the best adult activity one can ask for IMO.”
